       and Assigns all those Two Tracts or Parcells of Land lying and being in Prince Georges
       County the one called Snowden and Welsh in defiance of Williams and Clark Originally
       on or about the 12.th day of April Anno Domini 1716 Granted to Richard Snowden
       & John Welsh Father of the af.d John Welsh for Six hundred Acres of Land more
       or Less the other called Bacon Hall Containing fifty two Acres of Land more or Less
       which was Purchased by the said John Welsh father of the aforesaid Benjamin Welsh
       of and from a Certain Thomas Sprigg Junior Also Part of a Tract of Land lying on
       Ann.ll County af.d near the Head of South ^River^ Called Arnold Grey the same being the
       late Dwelling Plantation of the said John Welsh and which the said Benjamin
       Welsh on or about the Sixth day of September 1749 Purchased of his Brother John
       Welsh Containing three hundred Acres of Land more or Less together with the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       of them each and every of them and Also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Benjamin
       Welsh of in and to the aforesaid Several Tracts or Parcells of Land or any or either
       of them with their each and every of their Appurtenances Also the Several Negroes
       following to wit Henry Dick Ned Nick Will Jack Tom Jack Sam Arthur Reajer
       Will Henry Moses Solomon Isaac Priss Cate James Barbary Rachel Pegg
       Sall Suek and Joe with the Increase of the said Priss Cate James Barbary Rachel
       Pegg Sall and Suek alias Susannah unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and
       Assignes to the only Proper Use and Behoof of him the said John Brice his Heirs
       and Assignes forever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever
       And the said Benjamin Welsh for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators
