       March 8th 1764  Came before me the Subscriber ^one^ of the Right Honourable the
       Lord proprietary his Justices that now is his Justices of the Provincial Court
       the within mentioned Skipworth Coale John Weems and John Hall and did Severally
       Acknowledge the within Deed and the Land Premisses therein specified
       to be the Right and Estate of the said John Weems his Heirs and Assigns
       According to the True intent and Meaning thereof

Ex.d   To all Christian People to whom this Present Writing shall come I May
       Tipon^ton^ Widow late of Wife of John Tipton Senior late of Baltimore County Deceased
       send Greeting   Know Ye that I the said Mary Tipton for and in Consideration
       of Ten Pounds Current Money to me in Hand Paid by John Tipton of
       Baltimore County and for other Good Causes and Considerations Me thereunto
       moving have remised released and for me my Heirs and Assigns forever have
       Quit Claimed unto the said John Tipton and to his Heirs and Assigns forever
       all my Estate Claim and Right as I the said Mary Tipton ever have had now
       have or hereafter may have by reason of my Dower of and in the third Part of
       all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called Benjamins Begining lying in Baltimore
       County and Containing One hundred Acres of Land and also of all that
       other Tract or Parcell of Land called the Addition to Benjamins Begining
       lying in the same County and Containing fifty Acres of Land so that neither
       I nor any other Person in my Name shall or may at any Time
       hereafter have or Claim any Right Claim Interest or Dower in the said
       Two Tracts of Land and other the Premisses with their Appurtenances
       or of or in any Part or Parcell thereof But that We and every of us shall
       and forever hereafter by these Presents be excluded and barred of and
