307) may be had Suffered Perfected and executed in all things According to the usual Form of common Recoveries with Double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and Accustomed And it is hereby further Covenanted concluded Granted declared and fully Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the Suffering and Perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents and the Assurance hereby made as also the common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered and Perfected shall be and enure and shall be Adjudged construed Deemed and taken and is and was meant and intended and is hereby Declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand stand and be seized of the Land and Premisses aforesaid and every Part thereof to and for the only Proper use and behoof of the said John Weems his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered in Skipworth Coale seal the Presence of John Weems seal Geo Steuart JHall Seal On the Back of the Above Deed was thus Written Viz.t March y.e 8th 1764 Received of the within John Weems the sum of One hundred Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration within mentioned Geo Steuart Skipworth Coale |
