305.

       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt and Payment whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       and for the Docking barring and extinguishing all Estates
       Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or Dependentding
       of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein
       after mentioned he the said Skipworth Coale (by and with the Advice and
       Consent of the said John Hall testified by his being Party to and his
       Sealing and executing these Presents) hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliend
       remised Released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth
       Grant Bargain Sell Alien remise release ^enfeoff^ and Confirm unto him the
       said John Weems (in his Actual Possession now being) his Heirs and Assigns
       that Tract or Parcell of Land being Parcell of Two Thousand Acres of Land
       being Part of the Manor or Reputed Manor of Portland Butted and bounded
       as Followeth Begining from a Corner Bounded Tree being the North West
       Corner of the Land called Burridge by a Line running from the said Land
       Tree due West for the length of two hundred and fifty Perches bounded on the
       West by a Line drawn South from the end of the said West Line unto a
       Tract or Parcell of land called called Berketts Parcell bounded on the South
       by the said Berkets Parcell untill it comes unto a Branch of Lyons
       Creek then Crossing the said Branch is bounded by a Parcell of Land called
       Berketts Meadows untill it meets the Land called Burridge running with
       the said Land to the first bounded Tree containing five hundred Acres of
       Land more or Less together with all and Singular the Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Previledges Improvements
       Imm Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same Tract or Parcell of Land aforesaid belonging or in anywise
       Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and every Part thereof and
       also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
