304 first above Written Joseph Gill Seal Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Jn.o Car.ll Hynson James Cheston On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Receiv.d this 20.th of March 1764 of the within Thomas and William Ringgold the within sum of Four hundred and Sixty four Pounds six Shillings Current Money in full Consideration for the within mentioned Land P me Witness Joseph Gill Jn.o Car.ll Hynson James Cheston Be it Remembered that on the 20.th day of March P in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four the within Joseph Gill Personally Appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland and Acknowledged the within named Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein contained to be the only the Right Property and Estate of the within Thomas and William Ringgold According to the Form Force and Effect True Intent and Meaning of the same Deed In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand the day and Year above Written B Hands Recorded the 18.th of April 1764 11 s.d Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this eighth day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between Skipwith Coale of Baltimore County in the province of Maryland Gentleman of the first Part John Weems of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the second Part and John Hall of the same County Attorney at Law of the third Part Witnesseth that the said Skipwith Coale for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in Hand Paid by the said John Weems at or before the Sealing and Delivery |
