302. containing and laid out for two hundred and Twenty five Acres more or Less together with all Houses Buildings Water Mills Waters Ways Timber Trees Woods Profits Improvements or Advantages Whatsoever on the said Parcell of Land being or in or upon the same being Growing or Arising or thereto in anywise Appertaining and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the Premisses and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever both in Law and Equity which the said Joseph Gill now hath or may or can have ^claim^ of in and to the said hereby Bargained and Sold Premisses and every Part and Parcell thereof to have and to hold the said hereby bargained and Sold Premisses with the Appurtenances to the same Thomas and William Ringgold and to their Heirs and Assigns in Severalty as Merchants According to their Stock in Trade in Partnership to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said Thomas & William Ringgold and their Heirs and Assigns forever And the said Joseph Gill Doth for himself and his Heirs Executors and and Administrators and Assigns Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Thomas and William Ringgold and their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Joseph Gill at the Date of these Presents is Sealed Seized of a Good True Perfect and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance of in and to the Premisses and hath in himself Good Right Full Power & Lawfull Authority to Bargain and sell the Premisses in Manner af.d and Also that he the said Joseph Gill the aforesaid Bargained and Sold Land and Premisses to the aforesaid Thomas and William Ringgold and their Heirs and Assigns against him the said Joseph Gill and his Heirs and all and every other Person or Persons (whatsoever) |
