Ex.d   This Indenture made this Twentieth day of March in the Year of
       our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four Between Joseph
       Gill of Dorchester County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the
       one Part and Thomas and William Ringgold of Chester Town in Kent
       County in the Province af.d Merchants of the other Part Witnesseth that
       the said Joseph Gill for and in Consideration of the sum of Four hundred
       and Sixty four Pounds six shillings Current Money of Maryland to him
       in Hand Paid by the said Thomas and William the Receipt whereof
       the said Joseph doth hereby Acknowledge hath bargained Sold and Conveyed
       Aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth bargain
       Sell and [illegible] convey Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said
       Thomas Ringgold and William Ringgold and to their Heirs and
       Assigns forever All that Part of a Tract of Land called Long Range
       lying and being in Dorchester County afd Begining at the end of
       Two hundred and fifteen Perches on the Fourth Line of the said Tract of
       Land called Long Range and running from thence South forty six
       degrees West four hundred and twenty one Perches South thirty Degrees
       East thirty one Perches South by West Perches West eighty Perches North
       fifty five degrees East ^North West eight Perches North^ one hundred and Twenty Perches six Perches
       North West eighty Perches North fifty five degrees East one hundred
       and seventy Perches South thirteen degrees East eighteen Perches
       South Fifty five degrees West Ninety seven Perches South East fifty
       three Perches North fifty six Degrees & thirty Minutes East fifty ^sixty^ five
       Perches South thirteen degrees East one hundred and thirty five Perches
       then North forty five Degrees East four hundred and Twelve Perches
       from thence with a Streight Line to the Begining af.d containing
