       of an Acre of Land the second Part Begining with the Vacancy Added
       at a marked Gum Standing fifty six Perches on the second Course of a
       Tract of Land called Stampleford Hermitage and running from thence
       North forty six Perches North Ten degrees East Two hundred and two
       Perches South East One hundred and Forty two Perches North East thirty
       one Perches South forty six degrees East eighty Perches South thirty one
       degrees East Sixty Perches South ten degrees East One hundred and Six Perches
       South Twenty degrees east Fifty five Perches South seven degrees West eighty
       six Perches West North West forty four Perches North twenty degrees West
       ninety Perches south Sixty degrees West eighty three Perches North West
       thirty one Perches North east one hundred forty two Perches North West
       forty Perches & South West 142 Perches then with a Streight line to the
       first begining Gum Containing three hundred and Fifty nine Acres
       and one half of an Acre which with the first Part of Ninety one and
       one half Acre Contains in the whole Four hundred and fifty one
       Acres of Land more or Less Together with all Houses buildings Improvements
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same
       Whole Tract or Tracts of Land belonging or Appurtaining and the Revertion
       and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       of the said Tract or Tracts of Land and ^of^ every Part and Parcell thereof
       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and
       Demand Whatsoever of him the said Edward Nuner of into or out of
       the said Tract or Tracts of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
         
          To have and to hold the said Tract or Tracts Parcel or Parcels
       of Land and Premisses with its Rights Members and Appurtenances
       to him the said Nathaniel Waters his Heirs and Assigns
