300 to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Nathaniel Waters his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever Provided always that if the said Edward Nuner his Heirs Executors or Administrators and shall well and truly Pay to the aforesaid Nathaniel Waters his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of Fifty two Pounds and five shillings Current Money at or before the Seventh^teenth^ day of January next then this Present Indenture and every Clause Article and thing therein contained shall Cease Determine and become Void any thing herein before contained to the Contrary thereof Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written his Signed Sealed and Delivered Edward I Nuner Seal in the Presents off Mark (the Words for Tracts) in the 34.th Line being first Interlined and the Enrazure in the 12.th Line made Reverdy Ghiselin William Steuart On the back of the above Deed was thus Written On the Seventeenth day of April 1764 Came before Us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County the within named Edward Nuner and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Nathaniel Waters his Heirs and Assigns According to the true Intent and meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided 9 s.d Recorded the 17.th April 1764 Before Reverdy Ghiselin William Steuart |
