Ex.d   This Indenture made this 17.th Day of April in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty four Between Edward Nuner of Dorchester County Planter of the
       one Part and Nathaniel Waters of the City of Annapolis Hatter of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Edward Nuner for and in Consideration of the sum
       of Fifty two Pounds and five shillings Current Money to him in Hand
       Paid by the said Nathaniel Waters at or before the Sealing and Delivery
       of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof and
       therefrom he Doth hereby Acknowledge and of every Part and Parcel thereof
       doth hereby release Acquit and Discharge the said Nathaniel Waters his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators Hath Given Granted bargained Sold
       Aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Give
       Grant Bargain Sell Alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Nathaniel
       Waters his Heirs and Assigns all That Part or Parcell of Plantable Land
       Called Puzzell lying and being in Dorchester County Begining for the first
       Part at the first Bounder of a Tract of Land called Division Running thence
       East South East Three hundred and Twenty Perches North North East three
       Perches East South East Seventeen Perches South South West fifty Perches West
       North West One hundred and ninety Perches North West by North Sixty
       Perches South West by South West forty four Perches South Twenty degrees East
       One hundred and eight Perches North twenty seven degrees West eighty seven
       Perches North fifty five degrees East Six Perches North West ten Perches North
       five degrees East eight Perches North West twenty six Perches North twenty
       eight degrees east eighteen Perches North Thirty two Degrees West ^twenty^ five
       Perches North fifty six degrees West Sixteen Perches then with a Streight
       Line to the ^first^ Begining Containing Ninety one Acres and one half
