28. Thomas Todd and his Heirs the said Tract or Parcel of land unto the said William Hall and his Heirs in manner and form aforesaid Conveyed against him the said Thomas Todd Jun.r and his heirs and against all and every other Persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him the said Thomas Todd Jun.r his heirs shall and will warrant & forever Defend and the said Thomas Todd Jun.r doth for himself his heirs Executors Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the Said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns That he the Said William Hall his Heirs Shall & may Peaceably and Quietly have Hold Occupy Possess & Enjoy the said Bargained Premisses with their Appurtenances Free from the Lett Suit Molestation or Interruption of him the Said Thomas Todd jun.r his heirs or any other Person Claiming by from or under him them or any of them And Further that he the said Thomas Todd Jun.r his Heirs shall upon request and at the the Charges in the Law of him the said William Hall his heirs or assigns make do suffer acknowledge and Execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in the Law whatsoever that Shall be the said William Hall his heirs or Assigns his or their Council Learned in the Law be reasonably devised advised or required for the better and more sure making the said Bargained Premisses to the said William hall his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the Parties first above Written hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his seal the Day and year aforementioned Tho.s Todd Jun.r S Signed Sealed and delivered in the Presence of Ephoward and John Burgess Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit July the 9.th 1763 Then received of William Hall of Elk Ridge the Consideration Money within Mentioned being Fifty Pounds Currency Tho.s Todd Jun.r Ephoward and John Burgess Jun.r July the 9.th 1763 Then came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel County Court the within named Thomas Todd Jun.r and Acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named William Hall of Elk Ridge his Heirs & Assigns for ever Ephoward and John Burgess Jun.r 9 s.d July |
