X.d   This Indenture Tripartite made this second day of March in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between William Bruff of Queen
       Anns County Planter of the first Part John Gordon of Talbot County Clerk of
       the second Part and John Bracco of Talbot County Gentleman of the Third
       Part   Witnesseth that the said William Bruff for and in Consideration of the
       sum of Five hundred and Fifty Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania to him
       in hand by the said John Gordon at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these
       Presents Paid the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for the Docking
       barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders
       thereupon expectant or Dependanting of and in the Lands Tenements and
       Hereditaments herein after mentioned he the said William Bruff by and
       with the Advice and Consent of the said John Bracco testified by his being
       a Party to and his sealing and executing these Presents Hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliend released and Confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien ^release^ enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said John
       Gordon (in his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and
       Sale to him thereof made by him the s.d William Bruff bearing date the day next
       before the day of the date of these Presents for one whole Year Commencing
       from the day next before the day of the date thereof and by Force of the Statute
       for Transferring uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns All those
       Parts of four Tracts of Land lying and being in Talbot County aforesaid
       on the North West side of Saint Michaels River near the Place of Ferrying
       over the said River known by the names of Daniels Rest Walkers Tooth
       Partnership and Walkers Corner Begining at a Locust Post set Down in
       the Place where a bounded Gum formerly stood which said Gum was a
       Divisional Boundary between William and Charles Walker and running  
       from the said Post North forty degrees thirty Minutes West three hundred
       and ten Perches to the exterior Bounds of the aforesaid Land called
