       aforesaid Post Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards
       Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Parts of the said Tracts
       or Parells of Land or any or either of them belonging or Appertaining And
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues
       and Profitts of them or ^either or^ any part of either of them To have and to hold
       the said said Parts of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land and every of
       them and all and Singular the Premisses with their and each and
       every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said John Gordon
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day
       of the date of these Presents for and during the full ^end^ and Term of one whole
       Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended To the
       intent and Purpose (that by force and virtue of these Presents and of the
       Statute for Transferring uses into Possession) the said John Gordon may be
       in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be there^of^fore enabled to
       take and Accept a Grant and release of the Reversion and Inheritance
       thereof to him and his Heirs forever   In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their     
       Seals the day and Year first above Written

                               Nev Thomas
                               J Nicholson J.r      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t
      
                                                             Received on the day and year first within Written
       of and from the within named John Gordon the Sum of five shillings Sterling Money
       being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me
6 s.d   I say received by me                                                      WBruff
