       Partnership thence with that Land North Sixty six degrees and thirty
       Minutes east one hundred and twenty four Perches then South Sixteen degrees
       West twelve Perches then South East one hundred and twelve ^fifteen^ Perches then South
       by east One hundred and thirty two Perches then East by North Seventy five
       Perches then South East three Perches to a Tract of Land called Walkers Corner
       then with that Land South fifty five degrees and thirty Minutes West fifty
       two Perches then South twenty six degrees East thirteen Perches then South
       East fifty Perches to Saint Michaels River then down the same ^the^ several Courses
       thereof to the Mouth of a Cove then bounding with the said Cove up
       to the aforesaid Post Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways
       Waters Water Course Commodities Priviledges Improvements Imoluments
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Parts of the said
       Tracts of Parcells of Land or any or either of them belonging or Appurtaining
       And the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues
       and Profits of them or either or any part of either of them And also the Estate
       Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said William Bruff of into or out of the af.d Parts of the said
       Tracts or Parcells of Land or either or any part of either of them To have
       and to hold the said parts of the said Tracts or Parcels of Land and
       every of them and all & Singular the Premisses with their and each and every
       of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said John Gordon
       his Heirs and Assigns To the intent and Purpose that the said John Gordon
       may be and become perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said
       Premisses that a common recovery may be had and suffered in such manner
       against him in such manner as is in herein^after^ mentioned  And for that Purpose
       it is hereby Covenanted granted and Agreed by and between all the
       said Parties to these Presents that before the End of the next April Provincial
