       Proper use and behoof to and for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever and
       the said Joseph Ensor for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs hereby Covenants
       and Agrees to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Joseph Ensor his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid Several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land with their and each and every of their Rights Members
       and Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns
       against him the said Joseph Ensor ^and^ his Heirs and against all other Persons
       Whatsoever shall and will ^forever^ Warrant and Defend by these Presents Provided
       always and it is the true intent and Meaning of these Presents that in ^Case^ the
       said Joseph Ensor his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall well and truly
       Pay or Cause to be Paid unto the said John Brice his Executors Administrators
       or Assignes the aforesaid sum of Fifteen hundred Pounds Sterling Money
       of Great Britain with legal Interest thereon from the date hereof by Good
       Bills of Exchange drawn at thirty days sight on some responsible Merchant
       in London at or before the tenth day of April without which shall
       be in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and fifty ^Sixty^ six
       without fraud or further delay then this Indenture or Deed or Mortgage
       shall be Voyd Otherwise to remain in full Force and virtue in Law
       And the said Joseph Ensor for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       hereby further Covenants and Agrees to and with the said John
       Brice his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said
       Joseph Ensor his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid sum
       of fifteen hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain with legal
       Interest thereon from the date hereof by Good Bills of Exchange drawn
       at thirty days Sight on some responsible Merchant in London
