271 together with the Charge of Drawing and Recording the aforesaid Deeds of Mortgage and also of this Present Deed of Mortgage unto him the said John Brice his Executors Administrators and Assigns at or before the Tenth day of April which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ seventeen hundred and Sixty six shall and will well and truly pay and Satisfy In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and year first within Written Joseph Ensor seal Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Anne Denton Ja.s Brice On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t April the Ninth Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Then received of and from the within named John Brice the sum of Fifteen hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain being in full for the Consideration Money within mentioned £ 1500 Sterlg Joseph Ensor Witness Anne Denton Ja.s Brice Be it Remembered that on the Ninth day of April Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and Sixty four the within named Joseph Ensor came before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and Acknowledged the within Indenture or Deed ^of Mortgage^ to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses ^to be the Right and Estate of the within^ within ^named^ mentioned John Brice his Heirs and Assigns According to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided 19 s.d Geo Steuart Recorded the 10th April 1764 |
