       that the said Joseph Ensor for and in Consideration of the aforesaid sum of fifteen
       hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand Paid by the said
       John Brice the Receipt whereof he the said Joseph Ensor doth hereby Acknowledge and
       thereof and therefrom doth hereby Acquit exonerate and Discharge the said John
       Brice his Exec^u^tors Administrators and Assigns hath Given Granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened enfeoffed Released and Confirmed and by these Presents for himself
       and his Heirs he the said Joseph Ensor doth give Grant Bargain Sell Alien
       Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns
       all the aforesaid Tracts of Land called East Humphrys and the aforesaid
       undivided Moiety or half Part of Bohemia Manor According to the Meets
       and Bounds described in the last mentioned Deed of Mortgage bearing date the
       Twenty fifth day of Jan.ry Seventeen hundred and Sixty three And also a Tract
       of Land called ^Lead Ticks Plenty being now the dwelling Plantation of the s.d Joseph Ensor also seventy five acres of land called^ Mount Pleasant taken up by a Certain Nicholas Haile
       on or about the Year 1764 also twenty Acres of Land by William Tull and
       John Ensor Condemned for a Mill on or about the Year 1737 whereon the
       said Joseph Ensor has a Grist Mill together with the Mill Houses Mill
       Stones and other the Appurtenances thereto belonging with the Reversion
       and Reversions remainder and Remainders rents issues and Profits
       of the aforesaid Several Tracts or Parcells of Land and every of them with
       their and every of their Rights Members an Appurtenances and all
       the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Joseph Ensor of in and to the same and of
       in and to every Part and Parcell of them Whether in Law or Equity To have
       and to hold all and Singular the aforesaid several Tracts or Parcells of Land
       with their each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto him
       the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns forever to his and their own
                                                                                              (Proper)
