       eighty and four Pounds three shillings Ster with legal Interest thereon as by said Deed
       of Mortgage duly executed Acknowledged and Recorded in liber DD N.o 2 folio
       286 Reference being thereto had may more fully and at large Appear in
       which last mentioned Mortgage the said John Brice has discovered an Error
       and there was Justly due to him at the Time of taking the same no more
       than the sum of Three three hundred eighty eight Pounds four shillings
       and five Pence Sterling with legal Interest thereon and also the Charge of
       Drawing and Recording the aforerecited ^first^ Mortgage which aforesaid sum of
       three hundred eighty and eight Pounds four shillings and five Pence with legal
       Interest thereon is still due and unpaid by the said Joseph Ensor and ^to^ the
       said John Brice and also the Charge of drawing and recording the first
       recited Mortgage is also due and unpaid and which last mentioned sum
       of three hundred eighty and eight Pounds four shillings and five Pence
       Ster with legal Interest thereon to the day of the date hereof amount to the sum
       of four hundred and Sixteen Pounds five shillings and eight Pence Sterling
       Money And Whereas the said Joseph Ensor hath at divers and Several times
       Borrowed had and received of and from the said John Brice several other
       and Sundry ^other^ sums of Sterling Money for which he executed and Delivered
       several Bonds or Writings Obligatory to the said John Brice the Principal
       and Interest of them together with other Money had and received
       by the said Joseph Ensor of and from the said John Brice for which the
       said Joseph Ensor only Past his receipt Amount to the sum of One thousand
       eighty three Pounds fourteen shillings and four Pence Sterling
       and which said several sums Amount in the whole to the sum of fifteen
       hundred Pounds Sterling Money Now This Indenture Witnesseth
