       every Part and Parcel thereof was then due and unpaid and which in the whole
       did amount unto the sum of one hundred Seventy and one Pounds eight shillings
       sterling And Whereas the said Joseph on or about the Seventeenth
       day of September Seventeen hundred and Sixty two for and in Consideration
       of the sum of seventy five Pounds Sterling Money Part of the aforesaid
       one hundred and Seventy ^and^ one Pounds eight shillings sterlg did Give Grant Bargain
       and Sell Alien Enfeoff Release and Confirm unto him the said John Brice
       his Heirs and Assigns all his the said Joseph's undivided eighth Part of
       the aforesaid Lands lying in Cecil County af.d as by Deed of Bargain and
       Sale duly executed Acknowledged and Recorded in the Provincial Court Land
       Records in Liber DD N.o 2 folio 156 Reference being thereto had may more fully
       and at large Appear so that there then remained due on the aforesaid Mortgage from
       the aforesaid Joseph Ensor to the aforesaid John Brice to wit on the afd 17.th
       day of September 1763 the sum of Ninety six pounds eight shillings Ster And
       Whereas the said Joseph Ensor did at divers TImes Borrow and receive of
       and from the said John Brice a further sum of three hundred and eighty seven
       Pounds fifteen shillings Ster Money over and above the aforesaid sum of Ninety
       six Pounds eight shillings Ster so as aforesaid due from the af.d Joseph Ensor
       to the said John Brice on the aforerecited Mortgage and which together in
       the whole on the Twenty fifth day of January seventeen hundred and
       Sixty three did Amount unto the sum of Four hundred and eighty four Pounds
       three shillings Sterling in Consideration whereof the said Joseph Ensor on
       the aforesaid twenty fifth day of January Seventeen hundred and Sixty
       three did by his Deed of Mortgage give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff
       and Confirm unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assignes the said
       Tract of Land called East Humphrys and also his undivided Moiety or
       half Part of Bohemia Manor with a Condition or Proviso therein contained
       to be Void on the Payment of the aforesaid sum of four hundred
