Ex.d   This Indenture made the ninth day of April in the Year of our Lord Christ
       one Thousand seven hundred and sixty four Between Joseph Ensor of Baltimore
       County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the one Part and John
       Brice of the City of Annapolis of the other Part Whereas the said Joseph
       Ensor by his Deed of Mortgage bearing date on or about the 30.th day of April Seventeen
       hundred and sixty for the Consideration therein mentioned did give Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien set over Transfer and Confirm unto him the said John
       Brice his Heirs and Assigns all his undivided eighth Part or Portion of certain
       Lands and Tenements lying in Cecil County and which is Contained in
       the several Tracts or Parcells of Land called or known by the names of Warmust
       Coasters Harbour Wheeler Warren High Part the Rounds Pasture Point
       Locust Neck and Brownley Also all that Tract or Parcell of Land called East Humphrys
       lying and being in Baltimore County in the North side of Patapsco
       River and on the West side of Clappers Creek Containing three hundred Acres of
       Land more or less in which said Deed of Mortgage there is a Covenant or Proviso
       Contained that in Case the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       should well and Truly Pay or Cause to be Paid unto the said John
       Brice his Executors Adm.rs or Assigns the full and Just sum of one hundred and
       fifty Pounds Sterling Money with legal Interest thereon together with the Charge
       of Drawing and Recording the said Mortgage at or upon the tenth day of
       January which should be in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and
       Sixty one without fraud or further delay then the aforesaid^recited^ Mortgage was
       to be Void else to be and remain in full Force and virtue in Law as by
       the said Deed of Mortgage duly executed Acknowledged and Recorded in the
       Provincial Court Land Records in Liber BT N.o 4 folio.s 136 137 138 139
       and 140 Reference being thereto had may more fully and at large Appear And
       Whereas the Principal Money and Interest mentioned in the said Mortgage
       on the Sixteenth day of September Seventeen hundred and Sixty two and
