265. whatsoever from by or under Me my Heirs and Assigns In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my and Seal this Nineteenth day of March Anno Domini 1764 Edw.d Dorsey of BC seal Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presents of us Ephoward On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t John Burgess Jun.r Received March the 19 1764 the Consideration specified in the within Deed P me John Burgess Jun.r Edw.d Dorsey of BC On the 19.th of March 1764 Came the named Edward Dorsey before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann.ll County and Acknowledged the within Deed and the Land therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the with named John Whips his Heirs and Assigns forever and According to the Act of Assembly made in that Case made and Provided and the said Day Deborah Dorsey the Wife of the af.d Edward Dorsey and being Privately examined According to the Law Acknowledged her Right and to the within mentioned to be Right and Estate of the within mentioned ^named^ John Whips his Heirs Assigns forever without any Fears or Threats from her Husband Ephoward John Burgess Jun.r 1764 April 10.th Received of M.r John Whips ten Pence Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Twenty Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent and receiver General 3 s.d Benj.a Beall Recorded the 10.th of April 1764 |
