259. should have by virtue of her last Will and Testament of a Certain John Sollers ^formerly^ of Calvert County af.d deceased bearing date the day of in the Year of our Lord Sixteen hundred Ninety and and now upon Record in the Prerogative Office at Annapolis or by any other ways or means howsoever of in and unto a Certain Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in All saints Parish & County af.d of Calvert formerly the Property of the aforenamed John Sollers & now in the Possession of the aforesaid Richard Bond called Part of Brooke Partition by the following Bounds Courses and Distances namely Begining at a Bounded White Oak Standing upon the Top of a Hill near the edge of the Plantation where the said Sollers in his Life dwelt thence running one hundred and Seventy Perches to a Marked Hiccory Standing in the Line of a Parcel of Land called Brookes Partition from the said Hiccory running North to a White Oak being the North West Corner Tree of the said Brooks Partition Sixty eight Perches thence east and by North One hundred and seventy five Perches thence South to the first bounded White Oak Containing and laid out for ninety Acres of Land more or Less together with all and singular the Buildings and other Improvements and Appurtenances of what Nature or kind soever to the afores.d ninety Acres of Land Belonging or in any manner of way Appertaining To have and to Hold the afores.d ninety Acres of Land ^&^ Premisses with its Appurtenances to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Richard Bond his Heirs and Assigns forever And to and for no other use intent ^or^ Purpose whatsoever and they the said Joseph Plummer and Sarah his Wife do further Covenant for themselves their and either of their Heirs Ext.rs Adm.rs or any other Persons Claiming or Pretending to Claim any Right or Title from by or under them or either of them to Warrant and Defend the aforesaid Ninety Acres of Land and Premisses with all and every of its Appurtenances unto him the said Richard Bond his heirs and Assigns forever without any exception or reservation In Witness whereof they the said Joseph Plummer and Sarah his Wife have hereunto set their Hands and Affixed their seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Joseph Plummer Seal J Dickson Sare Plummer seal Tho Price |
