                         On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received November the 16th 1763 of M.r Richard Bond the sum of seven Pounds
       ten shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money for the Right we
       have or may be Supposed to have to the within Mentioned Land and Premisses

                      J Dickson
                      Tho Price

       Maryland   Frederick County fs.t   It is to be Remembered That on  
       the Sixteenth day of November Anno Domini 1763 The within named Joseph
       Plummer and Sarah his Wife Personally Appeared before us two of the Right
       Honourable the Lord Proprietarys Justice of the Peace for the County of Frederick
       and Acknowledged the within Written Indenture to be their Act and
       Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Property
       of the also within named Richard Bond his Heirs and Assigns forever so far
       forth as the Law will Presume they ^the^ af.d Joseph and Sarah his Wife as aforesaid
       have or ever had any Right or Title thereto At the same Time the af.d Sarah
       Plumer being by us Privately examined out of the Sight and hearing of
       her said Husband declared that she Voluntarily and of her own Accord became a
       Party to the af.d Writing and gave up all her Right Title & Interest of what Nature or
       kind soever she hath or ought to have of in or unto the af.d ninety Acres of Land
       and Premisses with its Appurtenances unto him the said Richard Bond his
       Heirs and Assigns forever without being induced thereto by any threats of her afd
       Husband or fear of his Displeasure In Testimony whereof hereunto We
       have Subscribed our Names the date above.sd

                Maryland Frederick County fs.t I hereby Certifie that James Dickson
seal and Thomas Price Gentleman who signed the above Acknowledgment as
       Magestrate were at the Time of Signing the same and still are two of his
