       the Term of Ninety nine Years which said Lease so to be made as aforesaid shall
       be made to Commence from the Determination of the said Term of Ninety nine
       Years hereby Leased and shall be made at and under the same Rents and
       with the like Conditions Clauses Agreements Articles and Reservation of
       Rent as in these Presents contained In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their seals
       the Day and Year first above Written

                                     On the back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       On the twentieth day of March Seventeen hundred and Sixty four came before us
       the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County
       the Parties to within Deed and Acknowledged the same to be their Several Acts
       and Deeds for the uses and Purposes therein mentioned According to the Act
       of Assembly of ^in^ such Cases made and Provided

Ex.d   This Indenture made the sixteenth day of November in the Year of our Lord Christ
       one Thousand seven hundred Sixty and three Between Joseph Plumer of Frederick
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter and Sarah his Wife of the one Part
       and Richard Bond of Calvert County & Province afd Gent.l of the ^other^ Part Witnesseth
       that they ^the^ said Joseph Plummer and Sarah his Wife for and in Consideration of the
       sum of Seven Pounds ten shillings Current Money in the Province aforesaid
       to them the said Joseph and Sarah his Wife in hand Well and truly Paid before
       the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents by the said Richard Bond the Receipt
       whereof they Acknowledge and themselves therewith fully Satisfied Contented and Paid
       Have Granted Bargained Sold Alliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       Presents do Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said
       Richard Bond his Heirs and Assigns forever all that their Right Title Interest
       Property Claim and Demand whatsoever they the said Joseph & Sarah
       his Wife as afores.d now have ever had or by Law or Equity might could or
