       being the Alienation Fine on the within three hundred and forty two Acres
       and an half Acre of Land by virtue of a Commission from Edward
       Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and receiver General
                                                                         Benj.a Beall
                Recorded the 12.th March 1764


X.d   This Indenture made the second day of February in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between James Dale of Calvert County
       Planter and Lydia his Wife and Thomas Stallings of the same County
       Planter and Frances his Wife of the one part and Thomas Harrison John
       Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker
       Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker of Ann Arundel County of the
       other Part Witnesseth that the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife and
       Thomas Stallings and Frances his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum
       of Five shillings Current Money to them in Hand Paid at or before
       the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged They the said James Dale and Lydia his Wife Thomas
       Stallings and Frances his Wife have bargained and Sold and by these
       Presents do bargain and Sell unto the said Thomas Harrison John Walker
       Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes
       Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker all that Tract or Parcell
       of Land situate lying and being near unto the River Patapsco in
       Ann Arundel County af.d called and known by the Original name of
       Stony run Hills resurveyed or by what ever other name or Description the
       said Tract of Land hath been since called and known Containing fifty
       five Acres to be the same more or Less together with all Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges and
       Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or in anywise Appurtaining
       and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof
