       Heirs and all others Person or Persons whatsoever and all Pryor Surveys shall and
       will Warrant and forever Defend and the said James Chambr for himself and
       his Heirs doth Covenant and Agree for the better surety and further suremaking
       the Land and Premisses to execute any further Deed or Deeds as by the said
       James Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the
       Law shall reasonable Advise Devise or required In Witness whereof I have hereunto
       set my hand and seal the Day and Year above Written

                                              On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t
      
       3.d March 1764
                                  Received of the within named James Maccubbin the sum of one hundred
       and thirty seven Pounds Current Money within Mentioned being the Consideration
       therein specified         £137

       3.d March 1764   Then came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court the within mentioned James Chalmers and Acknowledged the within
       Deed as his Act and Deed and the within Land and Premisses
       within mentioned to ^be^ the Right and Estate of the within mentioned James
       Maccubbin and his Heirs and Assigns    According to the True Intent and meaning
       of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in that ^such^ Case made and
       Provided and at the same Time came Sarah the Wife of the said James
       Chalmers who being examined by the Subscribers Privately and out of the
       hearing of ^her^ said Husband Declared that She Relinquished her Right of Dower
       to the within Mentioned Lands and that She did the same freely and Voluntarily
       and that She was not Compeled thereto by fear or threats of her said
       Husband or fear of his Displeasure            Acknowledged before
