       To have and To hold one undivided Moiety or half Part of the said Tract or Parcel
       of Land with its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Thomas
       Harrison his Executors Administrators and Assigns and also To have and to hold
       one other undivided Moiety or half Part of the said Tract or Parcell of Land with
       its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said John Walker Susannah
       Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker
       Mary Walker and Catherine Walker their Executors Administrators and Assigns from
       the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for and during and
       until the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and
       fully to be compleat and ended To the intent and Purpose that by force
       and Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses
       into Possession the said Thomas Harrison John Walker Susannah Walker
       James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker
       and Catherine Walker may be in the Actual Possession of the said Premisses
       and be thereby enabled to take and Accept a Grant and Release of the
       Revertion and Inheritance thereof to them and their Heirs In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their
       Hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written

       the sum of five shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money
       Mentioned to be by them Paid to us                           his
