234 Tract or Parcell of Land called Chalmers Chance with Appurtenances thereunto belonging lying and being in Dorchester County in the Province aforesaid Begining for the Out Bounds of the Whole Tract at the End of the North East line of Thirty three Perches of a Tract of Land called White Oak range and on the North side of Black Water River in a Neck called Peters Neck then runs North east thirty nine Perches then North forty six degrees West fifty nine Perches then North eighty degrees east Two hundred and Sixty six Perches then South seventeen degrees West two hundred and thirteen Perches then East south east eighty Perches then North east one hundred and eighty ^Forty^ Perches then North twenty five degrees West Two hundred and fourteen Perches then South eighty degrees West one hundred and thirty Perches then West North West twenty Perches then West Sixty six Perches then West North West fifty Perches then West thirty two Perches then South eighty degrees West Thirty two Perches then North eighty two degrees West one hundred and fourteen Perches then South thirty degrees West Twenty one Perches then with a Straight line to the first Begining Containing three hundred forty two Acres & one half of Land more or Less as by Pattent Granted him by the name of James Chambers of Ann Arundel County the Property of the said James Chalmers and all and Singular the Houses Gardens and Improvements on the said Chalmers Chance aforesaid with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining To have and to Hold the aforesaid Tract of Land called Chalmers Chance lying in Dorchester County aforesaid containing Three hundred and forty two Acres and one half of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances to the said James Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns and that the said James Chalmers for Himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said James Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns that he the said James Chalmers the aforesaid Bargained Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to the said James Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns against him the said James Chalmers and his Heirs |
