       and Assurances whatsoever in the Law for the further better and more effectully Granting
       Conveying and Assuring the said Messuages or Tenements Lands hereditaments and
       Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto and to the Use of the said
       James Russell his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and to the use of
       such Purchaser or Purchasers as aforesaid his her or their heirs or assigns respectively
       and for Corroborating the Estate of him her or them therein freed and Absolutely discharged
       of and from the said Proviso and Agreement for redemption of the same Premises
       or any Part thereof and all Equity thereupon and of and from all Incumbrances
       whatsoever as by the said James Russell his heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised
       advised or required      In Witness whereof the said John Dorsey hath
       hereunto sett his hand and seal the day and Year first above written

                                  On the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

          Received December the sixth seventeen hundred and sixty three of the
       above named James Russell Twelve hundred and Forty four Pounds
       sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid
       to me as Witness my hand                                 Jn.o Dorsey

                   Maryland fs.t      On the seventeenth day of January in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred Sixty four came John Dorsey Party
       to the within Deed before me the subscriber one of the Right Honble the Lord Prop.ry
       his Justices of the Provincial Court & Acknowledged the same to be his Act and deed and the
       Lands and Tenements Goods and Chattels therein mentioned to be the Right Title &
       Estate of the Said James Russell his heirs and Assigns forever according to the
26 s.d true Intent & Meaning thereof and in Pursuance of the Act of Assembly in that Case
       made & provided                                                          Geo Steuart
                                        (Recorded the 17 Jan 1764)
