210.

       Lands Negroes hereditaments and Premises hereby granted and Conveyed or
       mentioned or Intended so to be as Shall or may be remaining unsold as aforesaid
       freed and discharged from all Incumbrances whatsoever had made done or
       Suffered by him the said James Russell his heirs or Assigns or by any other
       Person whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by from or under him or them
       Provided always and it is hereby further Declared and Expressly agreed
       by and between the Said Parties to these Presents that the Purchaser or Purchasers
       of the said Premises or any Part thereof which shall or may be so sold by the said
       James Russell his heirs or Assigns as aforesaid Shall be in no ways Obliged
       to see to the Application of the Monies arising by such sale or sales or any
       Part thereof for the Purposes aforesaid but that the Release or Receipt of the
       said James Russell his heirs or Assigns for the Respective Consideration Money
       of such Purchaser or Purchasers shall be a good and effectual discharge
       to such Purchaser or Purchasers for the same against all persons whatsoever
       any thing therein Contained to the Contrary hereof in any wise Notwithstanding
      
          And moreover that he the said John Dorsey and his Heirs and all or any
       Person or Persons having or Lawfully Claiming or which shall or may have or
       Lawfully Claim any Estate Right Title Trust or Interest either in Law or Equity
       of in to or out of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments or Premises or
       any of them or any part thereof shall and will from Time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter from and after Default shall happen to be made of or in Payment of
       the Said Sum of Twelve hundred forty four Pounds and Interest or any part thereof
       Contrary to the form and Effect of the aforesaid Proviso or Covenant for the payment
       of the same upon every reasonable request and at the Costs and Charges with Law
       of the Said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns make do
       Acknowledge Levy Execute and Suffer or Cause or Procure to be made done
       Acknowledged Levied Executed and Suffered all and every such further and
       other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Conveyance
