       that from and Immediately after default Shall happen to be made of or in Payment
       of the said sum of Twelve hundred forty four Pounds and Interest or any Part thereof
       Contrary to the true Intent and meaning thereof it Shall and may be Lawfull to and from
       the said James Russell his Heirs or Assigns at any Time or Times thereafter to Grant
       Bargain Sell Release and Convey the Messuages Lands Tenements Negroes Houshold
       Furniture Plantation Utensils and Live Stock hereditaments and Premises hereby
       Granted and Conveyed or Mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their  
       Appurtenances and every or any Part or Parcell thereof and the fee simple and Inheritance
       thereof to any Purchaser or Purchasers for the Best Price that may be reasonably
       got for the same freed and absolutely discharged of and from the beforementioned Proviso
       for the Redemption thereof and all Right or Equity of Redemption thereupon therein
       or thereto as fully Effectually and Absolutely to all Intents and Purposes as If
       such Equity of Redemption had been then Legally and Absolutely forclosd by Virtue
       of any decree or decrees of any Court or Courts of Equity whatsoever or any
       Proceedings therein or thereupon or any thing herein to the Contrary thereof in any
       wise notwithstanding and that out of the Monies arising by such sale or sales
       of the said Premises or any Part or Parcell thereof it shall and may be Lawfull
       to and for the Said James Russell his heirs or Assigns to deduct retain and pay
       to him or themselves in the first Place what shall be then remaining due to him
       or them of the Said Twelve hundred forty four Pounds and Interest according to the true
       Intent and Meaning of the above written proviso and Covenant for Payment thereof
       together with all Charges Commissions and Expences attending such sale or sales and
       the Receipt or Payment of the said Monies   And with Respect to the Residue or Balance
       of the Money arising by such sale or sales as aforesaid the same shall be Paid by the
       said James Russell his heirs and Assigns to the said John Dorsey his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns and that thereupon the said James Russell his heirs and
       Assigns shall and will forthwith Grant and Reconvey unto the said John Dorsey
       his heirs and Assigns such Part and Parcell of the said Messuages Tenements
