       Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the Said James Russell his Execut.rs
       Adm.rs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say that he the said
       John Dorsey his heirs Execut.rs Adm.rs and Assigns Shall and will well and Truly
       Pay or Cause to be paid unto the Said James Russell his Executors Admrs or
       Assigns the Said Sum of Twelve hundred forty four Pounds and Interest in Such
       manner and form as is herein before mentioned for Payment thereof according to the
       true Intent and Meaning of the aforesaid Proviso   And further that from
       and after Default shall happen to be made in payment of the Said Sum of Twelve
       hundred forty four pounds and Interest or any part thereof contrary to the True Intent
       and Meaning of the above Written Proviso and Covenant it shall and may be Lawfull to
       and for the Said James Russell his heirs and Assigns to enter into and from thenceforth
       peacably and Quietly to have Hold and Enjoy the Said Lands Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premises with the Appurtenances and to have receive and take the Rents Issues and
       Proffits thereof to his and their own Use and Uses without the Lett hindrance Interruption
       or denial of him the Said John Dorsey his heirs or Assigns or of or by any other Person
       whatsoever and that free and Clear and freely and Clearly Acquitted Exonorated and
       Discharged or otherwise by the Said John Dorsey his heirs Executors Administrators &
       well and Sufficiently Saved defended and kept harmless and Indemnified of from
       and against all and all manner of former and other Gifts Grants Bargains sales
       Mortgages Assignments and all other Incumbrances whatsoever had made
       done Committed or Suffered by the said John Dorsey his heirs or Assigns and all and
       every other Person or Persons having or Lawfully Claiming any Estate Right Title
       or Interest either at Law or Equity of into or out of the Premises hereby Granted
       or mentioned or Intended so to be or any Part thereof   And Whereas
       it is hereby Consented to declare and agree by and between the said Parties to
       these Presents   And the said John Dorsey Doth hereby for himself his
       Heirs Execut.rs Administ.rs and Assigns Covenant and agree to and with
       the said James Russell his heirs Executors Admin.rs and Assigns
