       Parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the Said John Dorsey of into or out
       of the said Lands Tenements Negroes Houshold Furniture Plantation Utensils and
       Live stock and Premises or any of them or any part or Parcell thereof

       To have and To hold the said Messuages Lands Tenements Negroes Houshold
       Furniture Plantation Utensils Live stock of all kinds whatsoever with their and every
       of their Increase and all and singular other Premises herein before mentioned unto him
       the said James Russell his heirs and Assigns and to and for the only Proper Use and
       Behoof of him the said James Russell his Heirs and Assigns for ever subject as is
       herein^after^ mentioned that is to say   Provided always nevertheless and it is hereby declared
       and agreed by and between the said Parties to these Presents that If the said John Dorsey
       his ^heirs^ Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and do well and Truly Pay or cause to be
       payed unto the said James Russell his certain Attorney Executors Administrators or
       Assigns the full and Just Sum of Twelve Hundred forty four Pounds of Lawful Money of
       Great Britain upon or before the sixth day of December which shall be in the Year of
       our Lord Seventeen Hundred Sixty six next ensuing the date of these Presents together
       with Interest for the same at and after the rate of Five Pounds P Centum P Annum
       that then and in such Case he the Said James Russell his heirs or Assigns shall and
       Will at the Request and Charges of the said John Dorsey his heirs and Assigns or as he or they
       shall for that Purpose Nominate and Appoint all and every the Said Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and Premises hereby Granted or Conveyd or Mentioned or Intended
       so to be and every Part thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances and all
       the Estate Right Title Interest of him the said James Russell his heirs & Assigns
       therein free from all Incumbrances had made or done by the said James Russell
       his Executors Administrs or Assigns respectively or by any other Person or Persons
       Claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them And he the said
       John Dorsey for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby
