203. Together with all Rights Members Appurtenances Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods Under Woods Timber and Timber trees Ways Easements Profits Comodities Hereditaments and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Lands and Premises or any Part or Parcel thereof Belonging or in any Wise Appurtaining To have and To hold the Said One hundred and Forty Acres of Land and Premises with all and Singular their Appurtenances unto him the Said Luke Mercier his heirs and Assigns for ever and to none other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the Said John Hood for himself his heirs Executors Admrs Doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Luke Mercier his heirs and Assigns that he the said John Hood at the Time of the Ensealing & delivery hereof hath in himself Good Right full Power and Lawfull Authority To give Grant Bargain Sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm the aforesaid Lands & Premises unto the Said Luke Mercier his heirs and Assigns for ever and that the aforesaid Lands & Premises at the Time of the Ensealing and delivery thereof is free and Clear of and from all and every former Grants Bargains Sales Mortgages and all other Incumbrances whatsoever and that this Present Grant and Sale of the said Lands and Premises To him the Said Luke Mercier his Heirs and Assigns for ever shall and Will Warrant and Defend of and from all Manor of Persons Whatsoever Claiming any Right or Title or Interest thereunto by from or under him the Said John Hood his heirs or Doth Covenant Promise and agree for himself and his heirs Executors Admrs to and with the Said Luke Mercier his heirs and Assigns that he the said John Hood and his heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges In the Law of the said Luke Mercier his heirs and Assigns make Such further and other Grant and Assurance for the Sure making and Confirming the aforesaid Lands and Premises unto the said Luke Mercier his heirs and Assigns for ever According to the true Intent and Meaning hereof as he shall be by his Councel Learned in the Law be reasonably devised |
