       satisfied Contented and paid and thereof and from every part and parcel thereof
       Doth fully Clearly and absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the Said
       Luke Mercier his heirs Executors Administrators by these Presents for ever
       Hath given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth fully Clearly & Absolutely give grant
       Bargain Sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Luke Mercier his heirs
       and Assigns for ever all such Moietys or Parts of a Tract of Land called
       Salleys Chance Resurveyed Butted and Bounded as follows   Beginning
       at the End of the Eleventh Course of the afd Salleys Chance Resurveyed and
       running South Twenty Degrees West Twenty Perches then South Three Degrees
       West Eighty Eight Perches Then North Sixty Eight Degrees East Thirty two perches
       Then South Sixty Five Degrees East Forty Perches then south Eighty five
       Degrees East Ten Perches Then South Eighteen Degrees East Forty Perches
       Then East Thirty Eight Perches then North Twenty Degrees thirty Minutes
       West Ninety Perches then North Two Degrees East thirty Eight Perches then
       North Eighty two degrees West Seventy Three Perches then by a Streight Line to
       the first beginning Containing Sixty Two Acres of Land More or Less Beginning
       of the Second Tract or Parcell of Land at the End of the Ninety second Course of the
       afd Salleys Chance Resurveyed and running thence South West forty Eight
       Perches then South Two Degrees West Forty Perches then south thirty Nine
       Degrees West forty seven perches then south thirty Nine degrees East Twenty
       Perches then North Eighty Eight degrees East fifty four perches then south fifty
       three Degrees East Thirty Eight perches then East sixteen Perches then
       South thirteen Degrees East Twenty Perches then North Eighty five degrees
       East Twelve Perches then North nine Degrees East Twenty four Perches
       Then North Five degrees West sixty four Perches then North Twenty five
       degrees West Eighty four Perches then with a streight line to the First
       Beginning Containing seventy Eight Acres of Land More or Less
