       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the Said undivided Moiety of the Tracts
       of Land aforesaid and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Thomas Johnson Jun.r and his heirs of in
       to or out of the Said undivided Moiety of the Tracts of Land aforesaid
       To have and To hold the Said undivided Moiety of the Tracts of Land
       aforesaid and Premises with the Appurtenances herby bargained and sold or meant
       mentioned or intended so to be to him the Said Lancelot Jacques his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever

               And it is hereby granted and agreed that he the Said Thomas Johnson Jun.r
       and his heirs the Said Bargained and Sold Premises with the Appurtenances to him
       the Said Lancelot Jacques his heirs and Assigns against him the said Thomas ^Johnson^
       Jun.r & his heirs and all Persons claiming by from or under him or them only shall
       and will warrant and for ever defend by these Presents      In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands
       and affixed their seals the day and Year first above Written
          Signed Sealed and delivered      Th.s Johnson Jun.r      s
          in the Presence of
                         J Rogers               Ja.s Brice

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

       Received the day and Year first above written of and from the within named Lancelot
       Jacques the Sum of Fifty Pounds Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned
       to be paid by him to me                                                   Th.s Johnson Jun.r
                   Witness         J Rogers         Ja.s Brice

       Jany 16th 1764   Came the within named Thomas Johnson Jun.r before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices and Acknowledged the within
       Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and one undivided Moiety of the Three Tracts
       of Land therein mentioned with the Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of the
