Ex.d   This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of December in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and Sixty Three Between John Beall Howard
       of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Robert
       Bishop of the same County and Province of the other part Witnesseth that
       the said John Beal Howard for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred
       Pounds Curr Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Robert Bishop
       at and before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof the
       Said John Beall Howard doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom and from every
       Part and Parcel thereof Doth Acquit and Discharge the said Robert Bishop
       his heirs and Assigns Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released &
       Confirmed and by these Presents doth Clearly and Absolutely Grant Bargain Sell
       Alien Release and Confirm unto the Said Robert Bishop (in his actual
       Possession now being by Virtue of a bargain and sale to him thereof made for one
       whole Year bearing date next before the day of the date of these Presents and by
       Force of the Statute for Transferring of Uses into Possession) and to his heirs &
       Assigns for ever all that Tract of Land Called Coxes forest lying and being in
       Ann Arundel County on the Rock Creek of the said County Originally Granted
       unto a Certain Christopher Cox for One hundred and Ninety Nine Acres of Land
       more or less and also all the other Lands of the said Christopher Cox whereof
       he died Possessed in the Province of Maryland or else where with the Rights Members
       and Appurtenances thereof and all houses Out houses Buildings Orchards
       Gardens and Hereditaments to the Said Messuages or Tenements belonging or in
       any ways Appertaining or which now or Formerly have been accepted reputed
       Taken known Uses Occupied Possessed or Enjoyed to or with the same or as Part
       or Parcell or Member thereof and also all the Reversion & Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents and services of all and singular the said Premises above
       mentioned & of every Part and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances
       and also all the Estate Right Title and Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       both in Law and Equity of him the said John Beall Howard of in and to
