       and Assigns from the Tenth day of this Instant December for and during and untill
       the Full end and Term of One whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat
       and ended Yielding and Paying therefore at the Expiration of the said Year one pepper
       Corn If the same shall be Lawfully Demanded   To the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents
       and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession he the said Robert Bishop may be
       in the Actual Possession of all and singular the said Premises above mentioned with the
       Appurtenances and thereby be enabled to except and Take a Grant and release of the
       Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs to the only Proper Use and
       Behoof of him the said Robert Bishop his heirs and Assigns for ever   In Witness
       whereof the said John Beal Howard hath hereunto sett his Hand and Affixed his
       seal the day and Year first above Written

       in presence of
             Jn.o Mathews            Amos Garrett

                On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written

       December the Fifteenth Anno Domini 1763   Then Recd of the within named Robert
       Bishop the sum of Five Shillings Current Money of Maryland the Consideration
       within mentioned as Witness my hand and seal the day and Year aforesaid
       Witness   Jn.o Mathwews                              John Beall Howard      s

       Be it Remembered that on the Fifteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty three Personally Appeared before us the Subscriber Two
       of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County John Beal Howard Party
       to the within Deed & Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and
       Premises within Mentioned and thereby Exprest to be bargained & sold to be the Estate
       of the within Named Robert Bishop his heirs and Assigns forever According
       to the True Intent & Meaning of the within Deed
