       the Same and of in and to every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances and
       also all Deeds Evidences and Writings which do Concern the Premises or any part thereof
       Jointly with other Lands and Tenements now in the Custody and Possession of the said John
       Beall Howard or which he can or may get or Come by without Suits in Law the same
       Coppys to be made and Written at the Request Cost and Charges of the said Robert
       Bishop his heirs and Assigns   To Have and To hold all and Singular
       the Said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premises above mentioned and every Part
       and Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Robert Bishop
       his heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use and behoof of the said Robert Bishop his heirs
       and Assigns for ever   In Witness whereof the said John Beal Howard
       hath hereunto Set his hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above Written

                      On the Back of the afore.d Deed was thus Written

       December the Sixteenth day Anno Domn 1763   Then received of the within named
       Robert Bishop the sum of One hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland
       the Consideration Money within mentioned as Witness my hand & seal the
       Day & Year first above Written

       1764 January 10th Received of M.r Robert Bishop seven shillings and Eleven
       Pence half penny sterling for the Use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
       Fine on the within One hundred & Ninety Nine Acres of Land by Virtue of a Comission
       from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & receiver General

       Be it Remembered that on the Sixteenth day of December in the Year of
       our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty three Personally appeared before us
       the Subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County
