182.

       Judgments and Recognizances Rent Charges and Arrearages of Rent
       the Rents and Services becoming due to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof
       Excepted and foreprised and of and from all other Claims Intanglements and Incumbrances
       whatsoever and that he the said Samuel Pottenger his heirs Executors and
       Adminis and every of them the Land Premises and Appurtenances and every Part thereof
       to him the Said Henry Child his Heirs and Assigns shall and will forever Warrant
       and defend from and against every Person or Persons whatsoever claiming any
       Right Title or Interest therein or thereto and that the said Samuel Pottenger
       his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them shall and will at any Time
       hereafter (so it be at the Proper Cost and charges in the Law of him the said Henry
       Child his heirs and Assigns make do Execute and suffer all and every such further
       and other Act and Acts Deed and Deeds thing and things Conveyance and Conveyances
       or other Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect Establishment
       of the Land and Premises to him the said Henry Child his heirs and Assigns for ever
       which by his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised
       Advised or Required      In Witness whereof the Said Samuel Pottenger
       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of Us                                 Samuel Pottenger   s
                   J Hepburn                     Benj.a Brookes

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written   Viz

       1763   Nov.r 7.th   Then received of Henry Child the within mentioned sum
       of One Hundred Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within Exprest
       I say recd by me
                                                                            Samuel Pottenger
       Testis                  J Hepburn & Benj.a Brookes

       Receiv'd of M.r Henry Child Eight shillings and Four Pence Sterling for
       the Use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Lands
       by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent
       and receiver General
