       aforesaid Bounded as followeth (Viz)   The Tract called Part of Thompsons Pasture
       Beginning at the Original beginning and running thence North Thirty five Degrees West
       Ninety six perches North Forty six Perches North eighty six and a half Degrees West
       Ninety One Perches then South Thirty Six degrees West One hundred and Twenty
       Seven Perches South Seven degrees East sixty perches   North seventy six Degrees
       East One hundred and Thirty two Perches then by a Streight line to the Beginning
       Containing One hundred and Forty seven Acres of Land more or Less   The other Tract
       called Part of the Hop Yard Beginning at the End of the fourth Line of the Said Tract
       running thence South Twenty six degrees West One hundred and Fifty Perches south
       Forty Eight Degrees West sixty perches then West Twenty one Perches North Eighteen Degrees
       East Thirty perches North Ten Degrees East Thirty perches North Thirty two Degrees East
       Fifty one perches North Twenty five degrees East One hundred and Two perches then by a
       Streight line to the Beginning Containing Sixty one Acres of Land more or Less together
       with all and singular the Timber and Timber Trees Houses Buildings Fences
       Pastures Gardens Commons Rents Services Issues Emoluments Cultivations & Improvements
       thereon or thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining   To have & to hold
       the Said Two hundred and Eighty Acres of Land premisses and Appurtenances and
       every Part of the Same to him the Said Henry Child his heirs and Assigns for ever
       to the only Proper Use and Behoofe of him the Said Henry Child his heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder or Remainders of all and singular the Premises and
       Appurtenances and every Part of the Same to be held of the Chief Lord or Lords of the
       Fee or Fees thereof by the Rents and Services thereof due and of Right accustomed and
       the said Samuel Pottenger for himself his heirs Executors and Adm.rs Doth hereby
       Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the said Henry Child his heirs and
       Assigns that the said Samuel Pottenger his heirs Executors and Admrs the said Two
       hundred and Eighty Acres of Land Premises and Appurtenances and every Part
       thereof to the said Henry Child his heirs and Assigns shall and will for ever here
       after Indemnifie and save harmless and from all former and other Gifts
       Grants Bargains Sales Jointers Dowers Titles of Dowers Estates Entails
