Ex.d   This Indenture made the Twenty Ninth day of June in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and sixty Three Between Arthur Collins of Ann Arundel County
       in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part & Charles Grahame of Calvert County Merchant
       of the other part      Whereas the said Arthur Collins upon the day of the date of these presents is justly
       indebted unto the said Charles Grahame in the sum of One hundred & Five pounds sterling And Whereas
       for securing the payment of the said sum of Money with Interest the said Arthur Collins in and by his
       certain Bond or Obligation bearing even date herewith is become bound to the said Charles Grahame
       in the penal sum of Two hundred & ten pounds sterling with Condition there underwritten for the payment
       of the said sum of one hundred & five pounds sterling with lawful Interest for the same as by the said
       recited Bond relation being thereunto had may appear         Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       therefore and in Consideration of the said sum of One hundred & five pounds sterling so due and owing
       by the said Arthur Collins to the said Charles Graham as aforesaid the Receipt whereof the said Arthur
       Collins doth hereby Acknowledge and that the same is now justly due and owing from him to the said
       Charles Grahame and of and from the same & every part thereof doth acquit released exonerate and
       discharge the said Charles Grahame his Heirs Executors and Administrators forever by these present
       and for their farther & better securing the Repayment thereof with Interest as aforesaid he the said Arthur Collins
       Hath granted bargained sold aliened given and Confirmed And by these presents Doth grant bargain
       sell alien give and Confirm unto the said Charles Grahame his Heirs and Assigns All that Tract
       or Parcell of Land belonging to the said Arthur Collins situate and being in Ann Arundel County
       aforesaid being the Dwelling Plantation of him the said Arthur Collins adjoining to the Lands of William Reed
       and James Sanders Containing One hundred & three Acres of Land be the same more or Less being part of a
       Tract of Land called Charles Inheritance together with all and singular the Houses Buildings
       Orchards & other Improvements thereon with their and every of their Appurtenances   To have & to hold
       the said Tract of Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances unto the said Charles Grahame
       his heirs and Assigns to and for the only proper use of him the said Charles Grahame his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever subject as herein after mentioned That is to say Provided always Nevertheless
       and it is hereby declared & agreed by and between the said parties to these Presents that If the said
       Arthur Collins his Heirs Executors Administrators shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be
       paid unto the said Charles Grahame his Executors Administrators or Assigns the full and just sum
       of One hundred & five pounds sterling upon or before the second day of July which shall be in
       the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & sixty six with the Lawfull
