18.

       Interest for the same without any deduction or Abatement for or in Respect of any Charge
       the Payment thereof or otherwise whatsoever Then and in such Case he the said Charles
       shall and will at the request Cost & Charges of the said Arthur Collins his Heirs Executors
       or Assigns reconvey unto the said Arthur Collins his Heirs or Assigns or to such person
       shall nominate and appoint for that purpose the said Tract of Lands premisses here granted
       and Conveyed with its Appurtenances And all the Estate and Interest of him the said Charles
       Grahame his Heirs or Assigns therein free from all Incumbrances had made or done by the said
       Charles Grahame his Executors Administrators or Assigns respectively And the said Arthur
       Collins for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth hereby Covenant Promise
       grant and agree to and with the said Charles Grahame his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       in manner following that is to say That he the said Arthur Collins his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said Charles Grahame
       his Executors Administrators or Assigns the said sum of One hundred and five pounds sterling
       with lawful Interest for the same at such Time & in such Manner as is herein after
       mentioned for the payment thereof according to the true Intent and meaning of the said
       provisoe without any Deduction defalcation or abatement whatsoever for or in Respect of any
       Charge according the recovery receipt or Payment thereof or otherwise howsoever [illegible]
       that from and after Default shall happen to be made in Payment of the said sum of [illegible]
       hundred & Five pounds Sterlings or any part thereof or of the Interest thereof contrary to the
       true intent and meaning of the above written Provisoe and Covenant for the Payment thereof
       it shall and may be lawfull for the said Charles Grahame his Heirs and Assigns [illegible]
       into and from thence forth have hold & peaceably and quietly Enjoy the said Land and Premisses
       with the appurtenances and to take the Issues and Profits thereof to his and their own Use & Behoof
       without the Lett hindrance Interruption or Denial of him the said Arthur Collins his Heirs
       or Assigns   And Whereas it is hereby covenanted to agreed and declared by & between the
       Parties to these presents and the said Arthur Collins doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns & xpressly Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles
       Grahame his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that from and Immediately
       after Default shall happen to be made of or in Payment of the said sum of One hundred
       & five Pounds sterling and Interest or any part thereof contrary to the true Intent
       and meaning of the above written Provisoe and Covenant for the Payment thereof
       it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Charles Grahame his Heirs and
