       Warrant and for ever defend by these presents   In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents
       have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first
       above written

                         On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to Wit

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named
       John Ilesselius thirteen hundred and thirty three Spanish Dollars and one third of
       a Spanish Dollar being the Consideration Money within Mentioned to be by him
       paid to me I say received by me

          On the Ninth day of May 1763 Came before me the subscribers one of his Lordships
       Provincial Magistrate the within named Charles Homewood and John Ilesselius
       and did severally acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be their respective
       Act and deed And the Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereby granted
       assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby granted assigned
       and released to be the Right and Estate of him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Writing and the Act
       of Assembly in such Case made and provided

       Received of M.r John Ilesselius Two Pounds Nineteen Shillings & one farthing sterling for the use
       of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on Homewoods Lott Containing Thirteen
       hundred and Ninety two Acres, Hog Neck Containing seventy acres Alcotts Tryangle
       Containing seventy Acres Bennetts Park Eighty one acres Henrietta Maria's Care for Mary
       Eight and a half acres Charles Homewood and Mary Chew's fair Jerusalem two hundred
       and three acres & an half acre and Leonard's Neck Containing One hundred and Ninety
       Acres by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent
       & receiver General                                             Benj.a Beall
22 1/2 s.d               Recorded the 25.th June 1763
