168.

       in Consideration of the sum of Three hundred and Forty three Pounds Current Money to
       her the said Eleanor in hand paid before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof she doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part
       thereof doth hereby release acquit exonerate and discharge him the said David Crawford
       his heirs Exors Admrs and Assigns and every of them   Hath given granted bargained
       and sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant
       bargain & sell alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said David Crawford
       his heirs and Assigns for ever all the said Part of the said tract of Land as aforesaid conveyed
       to her by the said Richard Tilghman Earle together with all Houses Buildings
       Guardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Trees Woods under Woods Profits Commodities
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever on the same part of the said Tract being or to
       the same in any wise appurtaining and the reversion & reversions remainder & remainders
       rents Issues and Profits of the said premises and every Part and Parcel thereof And
       all the Estate right Title ^Interest^ Property Claim and demand whatsoever of her the said Eleanor
       Carroll of in or to the said Premises and every Part thereof   To have & to hold
       the Said Part of the Said Tract called the Five Daughters and premisses hereby bargained
       and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold and every part and
       parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto him the said David Crawford his heirs
       and Assigns to the only Proper Use and Behoofe of him the said David Crawford his
       heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said Eleanor Carroll for her self and her Heirs the said Part of the said
       Tract called the five Daughters and Premises and every part and parcel thereof
       with the Appurtenances unto the said David Crawford and his heirs and Assigns
       against her the said Eleanor Carroll and her heirs and all persons claiming or to claim
       by from or under her her them or any of them shall and will Warrant and for ever defend
       In Witness Whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
