       1763 Nov.r 15th Received of M.r Christian Hare Twelve Shillings Sterling
       for the Use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Land by Virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & receiver General
                                                                               Benj.a Beall
          Recorded the 15th November 1763


Ex.d   This Indenture made the fourteenth day of November in the Year
       of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three Between Edward Digges
       William Digges Junior & Henry Digges in the Province of Maryland Gentleman
       of the one Part and Christian Howver of Lancaster County in the Province of
       Pensilvania of the other part   Witnesseth that the said Edward William and
       Henry Digges for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred & fifty pounds
       to them in hand paid by the said Christian Howver before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents wherewith the said Edward William & Henry Digges do
       Acknowledge themselves to be fully Content   Have given granted bargained
       Sold and Confirmed and by these presents do Give grant Bargain Sell and Confirm
       unto the Said Christian Howver all that Parcel of Land being Part of a Tract
       of Land Called Digges's Choice and beginning at a Post by Thomas Adams
       Fence and running thence North Twenty Degrees West seventy four Perches North
       Sixty one degrees East three hundred & forty five Perches south Twenty Degrees
       East Seventy four Perches then by a direct Line to the beginning Containing
       One hundred and fifty Acres of Land with the Rights Members and Appurtenances
       thereof and also all the Right Title Claim or Demand of the said Edward
       William & Henry Digges of in and to all and singular the Premises above
       mentioned with the Appurtenances   To have and to Hold the aforesaid One
       hundred and Fifty Acres of Land with the Appartenances unto the said
