       Christian Hower his heirs and Assigns to his and their Proper Use and Behoof for ever
       and the said William Edward & Henry Digges for themselves their heirs and Assigns Do
       covenant and grant to and with the said Christian Howver his heirs and Assigns that the said
       Christian Howver his heirs and Assigns shall and may at all Times hereafter peaceably
       Have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the said Lands and Premises above
       mentioned with the Appurtenances without the Lett suit Trouble interruption or denial of
       them the said Edward William & Henry Digges or their heirs & Assigns or other Person or
       Persons Claiming by from or under them or any of them and freed and discharged of all
       former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales or any other Matter or things whatsoever
       had made or suffered to Alter or Change the Property thereof The Rents and services which
       now are or hereafter shall become due and payable to the Chief Lord of the Fee of whom
       the Premisses are holden only Excepted and foreprised   In Witness whereof the said
       Edward William & Henry Digges have hereunto set their hands and seals the
       day and Year above Written                                             Edward Digges
          Signed Sealed & Delivered                                            Will.m Digges
          in the Presence of                                                           H Digges
       The words and Fifty in the Tenth line and Lett in the fourteenth Line being
       interlined before Executed
                   Sealed & delivered in Presence of
                            J Hepburn         David Craufurd

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz

       Received the day and year within written of Christian Howver one hundred & fifty
       pounds being the Consideration within mentioned as Witness our Hands the day and date afd

       Memorandum on the day and Year within written Edward Digges William Digges
       & Henry Digges Acknowledged the within Instrument to be their Act and Deed and the Land
