       and also all the Right Tital Claim or demand of the said Edward William & Henry Digges of in
       and to all and Singular the Premises above mentioned with the Appurtenances To have and
       To hold the aforesaid Three hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances unto the said Christian
       Hare his heirs and Assigns to his and there own proper use and behoof for ever & the said Edward
       William & Henry Digges for themselves their heirs and Assigns do Covenant and Grant to and with
       the said Christian Hare his heirs and Assigns that the said Christian Hare his heirs and Assigns
       shall and may at all Times hereafter peaceably Have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and
       singular the said Land and Premisses above mentioned with appurtenances without the let
       suit Trouble Interruption or Denial of them the said Edward William & Henry Digges or their
       Assigns or other Person or Persons Claiming by from or under them or any of them and freed and
       discharged of all former and other Gifts Grants bargains sales or any other Matter or things whatsoever
       had made or suffered to alter or change the Property thereof the rents and service which now are or
       hereafter shall become Due and Payable to the chief Lord of the Fee of whom the Premises are
       holden only Excepted and forepressed   In Witness whereof the said Edward
       William & Henry Digges have hereunto set their hands and seals the day & Year

                      On the Back of the afore Deed was thus Written Viz

          Memorandum      On the day and Year within Written Edw.d Digges
       William Digges & Henry Digges Acknowledged the within Instrument to be their Act
       and Deed and the Land & Premises therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named
       Christian Hare his heirs and Assigns for ever   before J Hepburn
       Received the day and Year within Writen of Christian Hare Three hundred Pounds being
       the Consideration Within mentioned as witness our hands the day & date aforesaid
