       1763 Nov.r 15.th Received of M.r Patrick Macsherry Six Shillings Sterling for the Use
       of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within land by Virtue of a Commission
       from Edward Lloyd Esquire his said Lordships Agent & receiver General

                         Recorded the 15th November 1763


Exd      This Indenture made the fourteenth day of November in the
       Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Three Between Edward
       Digges William Digges Jun.r & Henry Digges in the Province of Maryland Gentlemen of
       the one Part and Christian Hare of Lankester County and Province of Pensilvania of the
       other Part Witnesseth that the Said Edward William & Henry Digges for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Three hundred pound them in hand by the said Christian Hare before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these presents wherewith the said Edward William & Henry Digges
       do Acknowledge Themselves to be fully Content Have given granted Bargained Sold & confirmed
       and by these presents Do give Grant bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said Christian
       Hare all that parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Digges's Choice and
       Beginning at a bounded White Oak being the begining of Andrew Harriers
       Land and running thence North sixty two degrees East One hundred and Eighty two
       Perches South Twenty five Degrees East Two hundred and Twenty Pches North
       Fifty Nine Degrees East Eighty Three Perches North fifteen Degrees West One hundred &
       Ninety Six Perches North Eighty four degrees West Sixty six perches North seven
       Degrees West fifteen perches North Eighty four Degrees West Sixty Two perches North
       Seventy Eight Degrees West fifty Two pches south Eighty one degrees West Eighty perches
       South thirty four degrees West one hundred and fifty two perches south thirty two
       degrees East fifty two perches then by a direct Line to the beginning Containing Three
       hundred Acres of Land with the Rights Members and Appurtenances [illegible]
