       on Great Choptank River aforesaid running from the said Tree fifty perches south
       and from thence One hundred and sixty perches East from thence fifty perches North
       and from thence with a streight line to the aforesaid bounded Beech Containing in the whole
       Fifty Acres or thereabouts be the same more or less late the Estate of the said Robert Gilpin
       the Bankrupt   Together with all houses Storehouses and Warehouses Lands Wastes
       Ways Paths Waters Water Courses Timber Trees Woods Libertys Easements Priviledges
       Profits Commoditys Advantages Emoluments Hereditaments and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the Said premises abovementioned belonging or in any wise appertaining
       And the Reversion and reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof and of ever Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances To have
       and ^to^ Hold the Said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular other the Premises
       above mentioned with the Appurtenances unto them the Said John Caile and Elizabeth
       Caile their Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date
       of these Presents for and during and unto the full end and Term of One whole Year from
       thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended   Yielding and Paying
       therefore unto them the Said John Younger and Gabriel Griffith as Assignees
       aforesaid their heirs and Assigns the Rent of One Peper Corn upon the feast
       of Saint Michael the Archangel now next ensuing If the same be Lawfully demanded
       To the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and by force of the Statute for
       Transferring of Uses into Possession they the said John Caile and Elizabeth Caile
       may be in the actual Possession of all and singular the said Premises above mentioned
       with the Appurtenances and may thereby be enabled to accept and take a Grant and
       Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof unto them the said John Caile and
       Elizabeth Caile their heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use and behoof of them the said
       John Caile and Elizabeth Caile their heirs and Assigns for ever   In Witness
       whereof they the said John Younger and Gabriel Griffith have hereunto set their
       hands and Seals the day and Year first above written
